Tiles & Tales is a gentle, hands-on workshop where you’ll paint a pair of ceramic tiles, choosing from three distinctive themes: the botanical detail of William Morris, the cosy patterns of Scandinavian folk art, or the playful charm of fantasy bugs.
Each tile becomes a reflection of your style, your choices, and a bit of your imagination – nothing more complicated than that.
You don’t need any experience – just curiosity and a willingness to try something new.
All materials are provided, and the setting is calm and welcoming. You’ll have the space to focus, enjoy, and get absorbed in making something with your hands – whether you like to plan or simply follow where the brush takes you.
By the end, you'll have a pair of hand-painted tiles to take home, ready to be used as coasters (coated for heat resistance) or kept as small, meaningful pieces for your home—something thoughtful and entirely your own. More importantly, you'll have spent a few quiet hours engaging in something creative, meaningful, and deeply enjoyable.

While our workshops are primarily designed for adults, we understand that creativity can be a wonderful way to bond with your child. We welcome children aged 12 and over to join tile painting workshop when accompanied by a parent. This can be a fantastic opportunity to spend quality time together, explore new techniques, and create something truly unique as a team.
*To ensure everyone fully participates and enjoys the creative process, we kindly ask that parents book a place for themselves as well as their child.
